If you already have a password reset link, requesting a new password will make your current link invalid
How to request a password reset
To reset your password CLICK HERE and enter your account email.
You will then receive a link to your email inbox with instructions on how to reset your password.
A password reset email will be sent to the email associated with your account.
Password Reset Steps
- Please make sure you are not logged into any other accounts on the NFHS Network website
- Click password reset link. If you are being redirected to the main website, you should copy the link and paste it directly into the URL bar of your browser.
The account the password is being reset for is shown here:- If the text says "Email not found," your password reset link is expired and you will receive an error "Password could not be updated."
Please use the most recent password reset link or request a new one
- If the text says "Email not found," your password reset link is expired and you will receive an error "Password could not be updated."
- When resetting your password, we recommend you click the "reveal" icon
- This will show the new password you are entering. It may also be helpful to copy this password into your clipboard.
- Passwords are case sensitive and mustcontain at least 8 characters as well as:
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 lowercase letter
- 1 number
- 1 special character
- Once your password is reset, you will see:
- Click Back to Login
- When logging in, you can paste your new password or enter it in the password field.
- You may want to reveal your password again to ensure accuracy.
Note: If you do not see the email in your inbox, you may need to check your junk/spam folders or any other folders that may have rules.
