NFHS Network has a 30-day refund period for unused services for any purchases made directly from NFHSNetwork.com.
If you qualify for a refund, please email customerservice@nfhsnetwork.com with the email address associated with your NFHS Network account and an agent will review your account history.
NOTE: NFHS Network is unable to provide refunds to accounts billed through a third party. Third party providers include subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Roku and Amazon. If you believe that you were charged in error, please contact your provider to request cancellation.
