How do I download the NFHS Network Live App?
You can download the latest version of our Live App by searching NFHS Network in the App Store.
What type of subscriptions and pass options do you offer?
At this time we only offer a Monthly Pass subscription for $9.99 per month. If you wish to purchase a Season Pass, Tournament Pass, or any other Promotional Offer, you will need to access the Network through another device or computer.
In-app purchases are charged to your iTunes Account.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription purchased through the Live App?
In-app purchases and subscriptions made through the Live App are managed through your iTunes Account and will automatically renew each month until you choose to end them.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID.
4. Tap Subscriptions.
5. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
6. Use the options to manage your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
How do I request a refund for a pass purchased through the Live App?
Unfortunately we are unable to directly issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store. Like with any other in-app purchase, all refunds are handled through Apple Support.
