What type of subscriptions and pass options do you offer?
We offer both a Monthly Pass and an Annual Passes on the app. The monthly subscription is for $10.99 per month and the annual subscription is $69.99 for the year which is a 47% savings!)
In-app purchases are charged to your iTunes Account.
If you have already purchased your subscription on the website or another platform all you need to do is login to your existing account and you'll have the same access to broadcasted events as you do on the web.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription purchased through the App?
In-app purchases and subscriptions made through the App are managed through your iTunes Account and will automatically renew each month until you choose to end them.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID.
4. Tap Subscriptions.
5. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
6. Use the options to manage your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
How do I request a refund for a pass purchased through Live App?
Unfortunately we are unable to directly issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store. Like with any other in-app purchase, all refunds are handled through Apple Support.
