General Troubleshooting

If you continue to experience buffering or freezing, it may be your internet connection. You will need to have a connection speed of at least 2 Mbps to stream video. 

Click here to test your internet provider's connection speed. Since bandwidth continually fluctuates (especially with a wireless connection), we suggest performing two or more tests. If your speeds do not meet this minimum requirement, you may want to contact your Internet provider.

 

Some web browsers may not be fully compatible with our website. Please ensure that you're using Google Chrome as your web browser.

    This service is horrible. It is not my internet. I am able to stream all other services without difficultly. I have more than enough bandwidth and signal. Your product and customer service is disappointing. Once finally back into a game after being kicked out, you must fast forward all the way to the live status. Should at the very least default to live when watching a game live. Your service and support is outdated and unacceptable.

    I totally agree with Colleen! I stream all kinds for services, but only got into 2:58 of the second half when it froze up completely. :-( This is my granddaughter's senior year playing basketball. It is so discouraging not to be there in person to watch her, much less not be able to see her at all playing.

    Poor customer service, this is awful quality. I have never been able watch a full game-kicked out or freeze. Can’t contact customer service, why do you give a phone number that doesn’t work? Fix the problem or give me my money back.

    The cameraman has moved the camera 3 times all game so we have seen about 8 plays. I reported it 3 times and no change

    I can hear my granddaughters b-ball game but can’t see it because of the green screen. . Any suggestions to correct the issue???

    Bought the one month subscription to watch son wrestle in districts. There are 3 mats and only showing one mat. Didn’t even get to see him wrestle as he was on a mat not shown. I want a refund.

    Paid to watch soccer, now second game today that says "Delayed check back later" - it's  not delayed, they are playing but we can't watch...

    First game we watched was fine and sound (announcers were heard...soft). Second game, no volume except commercial at beginning...loud and clear. Camera held at empty area while game being played at other end. Is this real cameraman or robotically controlled. Disappointing!

    Most of the time I get the wrong game playing. I’m trying to watch soccer and I get lacrosse.

    The camera is focused (kind of) on the 50 yard line, too bad the mat is on the 40 (outside covid wrestling). All I can see is the kids sitting in the bench.

    I am soo disappointed in this service!  Whenever there is an important volleyball game that I was looking forward to seeing, the screen is frozen.  I cannot get help or correspond with anyone so that I can see the game.  Then you want me to recommend this service.  You must be kidding!!!

    Terrible service. You are sure to charge me ever month for a service

    that no longer works.  I think I will just have to cancel and give up 

    because you do not communicate with me. I do not understand all

    your technology bs.

    I'm able to stream, but there's no volume. Tried laptop(chrome), cell phone (android), and Roku). Please advise?
