If you are having issues with subscription access purchased from a third party provider (Roku, Apple, Google, or Amazon), please:
- Log out of your NFHS Network account
- Restart the device
- Sign into your NFHS Network account
The access should be granted once the app is re-launched and you sign back into your NFHS Network account*.
*The above steps must be completed on a device that is also signed into the Roku, Apple, Google, or Amazon account that was used for the subscription purchase.
If you are still having issues after these steps, please email us with a copy of your the invoice/receipt from the third party provider.
