If the video player is telling you to subscribe when you a trying to watch a game or event, please follow these steps:
On a computer
- Click on the
icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Click Log Out
- Log In with your subscription email address and password
On a third party app
If you need assistance logging out or in on a TV or Streaming device, please consider the following links
Verify your subscription status
- Go to My Account and sign into your NFHS Network account if necessary.
- Look under Subscriptions to see if you have an active subscription
- If there is no active subscription, you can sign up for a subscription to get access.
Additional Troubleshooting
- If you have an active subscription and have logged into the correct account and are still being asked to subscribe, please contact customer service for further assistance.
- If you have received a charge in the last calendar month, but do not see an active subscription on your account, your subscription may be set up with a different email address
